Hi,
I'm using CM 4.0 and attendant console. Yesterday, the department field comes up empty, on all users, within the Directory window of the Attendant Console.
I have verified that the Department field is filled-in in both AD and CCM.
Can anyone here help me debug this? No information found on CCO and I lack the AC understanding required to troubleshoot this issue.

Renamed AutoGenerated.txt and restarted TCD to create a new one. The Department field is still not filled in. Rechecked AD and CCM Global Directory and verified that the Department field is indeed filled in there.
Any suggestions appreciated

Are all the fields on the global directory page filled in for all users? (telephone number, etc). I have seen things like this when all the fields aren't filled in or some left blank/default.
