I am configuring multi-site WAN with centralised call processing with 2 sites. The only call manager/DHCP server is located in Site/Subnet A. The DHCP server is configured with 2 scopes, 1 for each site. IP helper address is configured for Site/Subnet B.
When the IP Phone is at Site B, it requests from the DHCP the same IP address from its previous configuration (based on sniffer capture file). As such, the configuration such as the default router for the IP phone is incorrect.
Is there any work around for this ?
Thanks for any reply.

we had the same problem, if you go into (on the phone) settings, network configuration and dhcp address release or erase configuration and this will hopefully solve your problem.
hope this helps
