Hello I want to apply a translation profile but I don't know exactly the difference about applying it on voice port or dial-peer.

Do you guys know the difference?

Also there is a debug where I can see if my translation profile is being used?

The voice port will be looked at first (inbound) or last (outbound) depending on the call flow.  If your call flow is fairly simple you may have a situation where the telco is sending everything 4 digits but you need everything to be 10 digits or even +E164.  In this case you could put a profile on the voice port changing everything from 4 digits to +E164.  You could also do the same thing on the dial-peer.  In my experience if your setup is fairly simple, just do it on the voice port.  You will overcomplicate things on the dial-peer.
