New install of CCM 4.12sr1
publisher in one location with PRI
subscriber in another location with PRI
both PRI's are on separate 2811 routers.
have a route pattern for dialing operator and calling cards
9.0
9.0#
9.0!
9.0!#
the route list point to PRI2 first for outgoing calls. PRI1 is inbounds first choice.
2 IP phones (7940s) when dialing any of the above route patterns
will dial, then drop in 3 seconds (screen clear), but others (7940 too - in same Device pools, partitions, CSS ...etc) can dial these patterns.
created a device profile matching one of the phones that drops (3484) and logged into a device that can dial the 9.0# and fails. all other patterns (other than 9.0...) work fine.
other things tried.
deleted and recreated phone - different DN.
factory reset the IP Phone
changed the phone load
still reacts the same.
if point this device to other PRI, works fine.

I just had a similar issue happen on two 3745s with MGCP configured PRIs, to resolve I had to reload the router. I have an open TAC case with no resolution at this time.

Thanks for you input.
We tried a reboot on the router with the PRI that seems to be an issue, but problem lives. I believe it is Callmanager has this MAC address somewhere even if you delete the device (plus delete the shell portion within route-plan).
looked in SQL for the MAC after deleting but no luck, I have limited SQL experience.
need to query DB for this MAC ?
We can use these phones on another system and work fine.
