Disconnected calls using ISDN Gateway

Hi!

I'm using Ezenia's Encounter 3000 Gateway(version 1.0.1) together with Cisco MCM running in a C2500.

I have a problem with H323 endpoints calling via the Gateway to H320 endpoints. After 10 minutes the call disconnects. The same happens if I start a conference from the MCU and invites the H320 endpoint. But if the H320 endpoint is calling into the Gateway it is working fine.

So it only happens when a call is initiated from the inside and the call is always disconnected after 10 minutes.

Anyone got an idea why it is like that?

Maybe this will help:

CSCds42519 - Random reboots of IP/VC 3510, IP/VC 3520, and IP/VC 3525 units running version 2.1 software. Also, are the calls bonded correctly? What are you using for QoS - LLQ, etc. How is the bandwidth on your local net during the VC sessions?
