Hi All,

is Cisco still available to order DLU for CUCM 8.5? i see that have been end of sale since 2015. if not , that mean we can't add any phone for it ?

Hi,

They are end of sale long time back, the only option is to upgrade you CUCM and then migrate you licences to PLM.

If and when you plan to migrate you will have to run the LCU utility to migrate licences, see below for help
