Does anyone have any experience with the Cisco DPA 7610? We have been integrated for about 1 month now (CCM 3.3.4, DPA 7610 1.3.1ESS, Meridian Option 61C and an Octel 250). We are receiving about 50 hang-ups a day from port numbers associated with the DPA. These numbers are set-up in a hunt group within CM. Anyone ever seen this issue. It looks like the calls are coming from the Octel, as you can see in port status the "Call Out" for a 5 sec period and then goes back to normal status...I currently have an open TAC case but we've been unable to resolve. Any help or direction would be great appreciated! Thanks
