Does anyone know if you can get data on "Calls Transferred" withing Historical Reports for a ICD queue? This was possible with our old call centre product. Any help would be great.Thanks

Incoming or Outgoing faxes? what gateway is being used? We had similar issues...Ensure if you are using newer fax machines..or the fax machines that are sending to your site Super G3 and V34 are disabled.

Steve...would if the calling coming from the PSTN goes to your PBX..and then to the GW...then wouldn't the call simply end at the PBX..(ie 4 rings on the nortel phone and then to voicemail?).
