E1 Line code

cisco gateway 3845 have 2 ports E1 Connectivity.

looking at the E1 noticed lots of line code violations and one of the E1 keeps dropping. another port E1  4/0 up and running .

clock source line primary

E1 4/1 is down.

  No alarms detected.
  alarm-trigger is not set

  Framing is NO-CRC4, Line Code is HDB3, Clock Source is Line Primary.
  Current port master clock:recovered from controller 4/0
  Data in current interval (57 seconds elapsed):
     306159 Line Code Violations, 0 Path Code Violations
     6 Slip Secs, 0 Fr Loss Secs, 0 Line Err Secs, 0 Degraded Mins
     0 Errored Secs, 0 Bursty Err Secs, 0 Severely Err Secs, 57 Unavail Secs

     1545575 Line Code Violations, 148 Path Code Violations
