My CU is near to change their Telco Service provider from E1 R2 to ISDN, they have this card VWIC3-4MFT-T1/E1, so with these one, ISDN Euro is supported or another cards are needed????

E1/t1 is an isdn technology. And isdn is possible with the card which your mentioned card.
