We have installed Emergency Responder and upload ALI information to SBC. When calls are routed throug CallManager the PSAP has the correct information. When the call is routed through ER the PSAP only has the billing address. We did a debug during a call and the only difference we see is that ER appends phone number. How do you turn off the append phone number in ER.

If you are using a PRI from SBC, you will need to make sure that there is a feature called "Inform911" added to the PRI(s) you are using for CER. If I read your question correctly, this is an issue that we were seeing as well and it was identified that only 3 of the 4 PRIs we were using had Inform911 on them. Please let me know if this helps or not.

Christina, thank you for your response. We resolved the problem on Friday night. We had turned off the append phone number on ER as stated. We did a no mgcp on the gateway and this fixed the problem. It reset the gateway and all of the phones.
