I am running CUCM 6.1.3. I am having an issue with one-way audio with my meet-me conferencing. It is random. One time it works and the next it does not. I am pretty baffled. We upgraded to 6.1.3 and thought that had resolved the issue. That was six months ago and it has started again. My users can hear the outside call but they can't here us. I can switch to another Meet-Me number and it works f Because it is so random it is very difficult to determine issue.

To recap, in ADUC go to view, advanced features. Open the user account and click the security tab. Make sure the unitymsgstoresvc has send as rights. Click the Advanced button. The biggest piece that jumped right out was her individual user account was not set to âinherit from the parent permissionsâ¦â I don't think that fixed anything right off the bat, but what I did notice was that the unitymsgstoresvc account had all sorts of explicitly granted read permissions that no other user account seemed to have. After I cleared those, she was able to send and receive voicemail.

I have a user that when she leaves a message for another user it does not show up. We setup for unified with Exchange. The voicemail does not show up in the other users e-mail either. I read where is could be an AD issue with permissions. I have checked all of these with no resolution to the problem. Please help.

When we get a call from an ISDN call connected to the 7936 via a Meet-Me conference call we get one way audio. This started when we upgraded to 4.1.3 sr3.

I had to reset the phones again. I did this once already but it did not fix the problem. All of my 61's are now displaying the correct time. Thanks for the quick responses.

My ICD extensions are associated with the RMUser in the directory. I have updated the RM JTAPI Provider and restarted the CRA Engine. The clients can log in they just cant go active.

Upgraded PUB and SUB from 4.0.1 to 4.1.3sr3 and now my ICD clients cannot go active. They can log in but get the error "Request to change agent state failed. Unable to change agent state.
