We are running unity 3.1.5 with callmanager 3.1.3a.
From time to time a user receives an empty message with a size of around 500 bytes. I haven't been able to reproduce the problem, but I have seen once somebody leaving a small message (about 20 seconds) and it was delivered empty with a size < 1kb.
Any idea what could be causing this or what I can do to troubleshoot/replicate the problem
Thanks

Have you tried playing the empty message? If you open up outlook and look at the message, who's it from: another subscriber or an external user? Are there any app event log errors that go with it?

The message opens and play normally. It is just 0.0 seconds long so it doesn't do anything. Put you can click on the play button.
I've seen those messages from both external or internal callers.
There is no errors in the app event log but there is couple of warnings that may or may not be related

Make sure all of your subscribers have recorded their "recorded name" in Unity. I've seen that cause problems when users who don't have a recorded name inadvertently leave blank messages in other subscribers' mailboxes.
