Entering extension vs. Spelling name

When forwarding a voicemail or sending a voice mail, the systme always prompts you to spell the name of the subscriber first then gives you the option to hit ## to use the extension. My question is, is there any way to reverse this order? Thanks again for your help. This forum has provided me with a lot of answers.

There is a place to change this in the subscriber options. Check under conversation options (I think)

yep... you can also use BulkEdit to change this option for all your subscribers in one shot if you need to...
