Hello, can any one help me.
When i use my Attendant Console and i go to online, i receive this message : Inistializing of Call Controle Failled.
What is the problem. I use CCM 3.3.3

Make sure the "ac" user you created in call manager has a password of exactly 12345. Also, be sure you have enable CTI application use selected on the ac user and that all the devices you'd like to control are associated with the user.

Thanks for the quick answer. But i have the same problem. I created AC user with the same password and CTI assiciated. but i have the always the message?

Dont forget that you will need to start and stop TCD service on the callmanager after you make changes to the AC user. Once you stop the services wait for 5 seconds before starting the service.
