I am looking to remove old employees accounts from showing up in our Corporate Directory but keep the accounts active. The supervisors of those employees want to keep the accounts active so they can go through any old messsages but our HR department wants the names removed from the Corporate Directory so it is up-to-date. Unchecking the "List in phone directory" box only removes them from the directory that you can access when you call in. HR wants the names gone from the Corporate Directory on the video display on the phones themselves. Thanks for your time.<br> <br><br>

Sounds like there is the possibility to search a directory from the phone? If that is the case (CallManager will let you do that), that's not the Unity directory. It's the switch's directory. So, that would be taken care of on the switch.
