Hi,
I am installing Unity 4.0.2 integ with CM.Installation went through smoothly upto Exch 2000.But while running "Configure Cisco Unity Message Store "(Cisco Unity Installation & Configuration Assistant) I am getting an error "Failed finding mailbox for system account Unity_ServerName" "Cisco Unity has not been properly installed".
when I create a new user (on a domain controller sitting on a different server) I am not able to see exchange task.
Previously I had installed Unity 4.0.1 Demo version on the same serverwhich was working fine.
Unity (Mem Server)& Exch 2000 are on the same server & Domain controller (ADS)is installed on a different server
Require help on troubleshooting the above problem.
