We are running Call Manager 4.0 Does anyone know of an easy way to sync "My Address Book" to exchange server outlook contacts without purchasing Personal Assistant? We only need this functionality only, so personal assistant would be a waste of money. I'm not adverse to doing some minor development if someone can point me in the right direction or let me know if someone else already has a solution baked.

I am not sure with 4.0 because I haven't installed it yet, but previous versions of Call Manager had an IP phone address book synchronizer on the CCM plugins page. I have used it a couple of times and had mixed results.

It only syncs the Windows Address Book, it won't sync outlook contacts.

yes, but you can easily export Outlook contacts to your Windows Address Book

there still is a contact synching application for cm4.0. But as far as I recall it only works if you have set up Outlook as a standalone app (thus using pop/smtp/imap) and not using Exchange.

The only was i found is to export your contacts in Outlook express (e.i Windows Address Book) and run the synchro after.
