Extend time before call proceeds

We have a hunt group set up, but the phone is only ringing twice before it goes to the next in the group. This is not enough time for our staff to get to a phone to pick up the call, and by the time they get there it has already gone on. Is there a way to extend the time the phone rings before bouncing?

If you are using Hunt Pilot->Hunt List(s)->LineGroup(s) then the following is probably what are looking for:

Under "Line Group Configuration", you can find (and change) the "RNA Reversion Timeout" (which is default set to 10 seconds, this is about ringing each line for about 2.5 rings).
