extension mobility doesn't work after changing IPaddress

I have a callmanager 3.1(1) with extension mobility installed on the same server. I changed the IP address of this machine, but now the e.m. doesn't work anymore. If I fill in my userID and PIN it's requesting for a long time, and then authentication unsuccesfull. I changed all settings in AppAdmin, like Jtapi and directory, the engine runs.

Does someone has a clue?

Thanks for any help.

Sascha

Set the ConnectMode bit Number 4 to "1". i.e. "00060010".

Good Luck

Mehmet

Sascha, when you install the CRA components one of the install options asks about the server location. Can't recall whether this applies to the EM part or not, but if it does then this looks like the problem.

Hi all,

We have found the problem.

When installing the Extension Mobilty the ip-address of the callmanager is in a entry of DC directory,

cisco.com - CCN - systemProfile - Hoteling Profile

in here is the URL to the login.asp on the ccm.

(thanx Cas!)
