Extension Mobility Download Faulty

Hi, I am trying to download the icd-ivr-aa-ffr.2-2-2.exe extension mobility files from CCO. I have downloaded every version but none of them work. They all say that the download is corrupt. Anybody else had this, is there another section on CCO where I can download none corrupt files?

Hi,

I always have this problem . It looks like "download complete" but in fact you got like 20% of the file (check the size). In my case its our company's proxy server that stops the process so i always have to download the software at the customers' site :)

Thanks for the reply. I have a direct connection to the net and still cannot download it. What version are you running?

I have had several problems with these filesthat I never had with IOS. I presume it is down to size.

If you use ftp to the ftp.cisco.com/cisco/voice/ with your normal login then I find both quicker and more reliable
