I have a customer that has every user configured for extension mobility. The users log onto their phone each morning.
The customer now wishes to use click to dial from Outlook to dial the phone for them.
The problem I am having it that using the TSP on the PC involves having to set up a Device Association, but I cannot use an association of a Device Profile.
Has anyone come across this before and managed to find a workaround?

Hi all,
Please ignore the above post. I have now fixed it. Just needed a reboot of the PC.

Can you tell me how did you setup the Computer/Outlook to dial the number?
Or just give me the url because i couln'd find it.
