Sounds like it may be a workable solution if it describes the name, I think it is the only real option we have. If they also leave the message as urgent, we could then alert only on urgent messages.Thanks ill give it a try

Matt,Have you tried turning of "detect conenction" and add a 5 - 10 second pause, and then letting Unity dial the digits?I have configured this on a customers site with no issues.Glen
