Does EM support multiple lines per profile? I have a need for a two line profile. When the user logs in, there is only one line seen. The profile has two lines assigned.

In 3.2 EM supports more than one line. You need to make sure that the different lines are configured in the device profile and then associated with the user. We have an instance of 3 lines for several users. We are using 7960 phones and have set up a template to support the 3 lines.

That's what I thought but it wasn't working. I found the solution by going to Service Parameters Configuration for EM and changing the 7940 Phone Template to one that is configured for two lines.
