FAC - CCM 4.1(3)

Hi,

To control access to make international calls,I am planning to configuring FAC for each user.

As a policy I want users to change their FAC at a regular interval.

Can users change their FAC themselves(say using ccmuser) or callmanager administrator has to do it for all from ccmadmin page.

At this point, no. FAC's can only be administered via the ccmadmin page.

FAC's actually aren't even tied to specific user accounts...you just have to give them a name that's meaningful.

What more u can do is u pack EM with FAC for controlling the International Calls.
