I have an FXS card connected to a Valcom 820 and I am not able to get the 820 to "pick up". The line will continue to ring. Has anyone encountered the same problem and have a solution?

I had the same problem when trying to connect it to an FXS port in a VG200. I connected it to a port on my VG248 and it worked right away.
