Hello,

I have upgraded my CCM from 3.3 to 4.0. After this upgradation everything is working fine only the E1 Gateway's are getting unregistered. They remain unregistered for some time again gets registered automatically.

What can be the solution for this.

Thanks.

It could be anything... You will need to proved some more detail. WHat does the "show ccm" display? Have you verified that the version of IOS you are running is supported with the version of CCM you are running? Are you running 4.0.1 or 4.0.2? What CCM ES or SR are you running on top of the 4.0/x? What do you see in the CCM traces for the registration failure, look for an RSIP & follow the sequence numbers backwards?

These may help:

Mike,

Its interesting you make this point because I have been looking into this. Whilst the matrix does give some guidance re SRST versions etc, I can't find any reference table to suggest when using MGCP, particular IOS/HW models are verified/recommended with particular CCM versions. Individual IOS release notes go into some detail re features etc but it would be nice to see a clear addition to the CCM matrix re IOS versions.

Hello Mike,

I am using CCM 4.0(1) sr2a and OS Image 2000.2.4 and SR 2000-2-5sr8. Where do I run the "sh ccm" command. The gateways are configured in 6509 Cat switch and are registered with CCM 4.0(1). CCM traces are disabled due to performance issues of the CCM. Do I need to enable those ? Whats RSIP ?

Thanks

Hello Mike,

I am attaching some CCM traces which you can see if you can make out something. The Device's MAC address is "SDA00016473A96B".

Thanks.
