GET DIGIT STRING and CALL REDIRECT steps go MUTE after hitting # key

I have a CRS Script as follows

GET DIGIT STRING - 3 input digits

When it collects the 3 digits, it automatically redirects the call using..

CALL REDIRECT - Sends the call to the user extension.

For some reason, if a user presses pound after the 3 digit extension, the call goes mute/silent until someone picks up the destination extension or it goes to voicemail. Basically, the ringback is no longer heard when someone presses the # sign.

Is there any way to fix this??

Note: The GET DIGIT STRING and CALL REDIRECT steps are working fine. It's just that there's no ringback after someone presses #.

Thanks,

Paul

Have a look at the section 'Prompt Step Descriptions' in the below document.
