I have to integrate a directory into a CDR analyser 3rd party application. Having no Active Directory, I have to get every day the CUCM end-users database and format it for import into the application. I have scheduled an export via Bulk but I am looking for the best way to get the file. FTP ? SFTP ? AXL ?

What kind of data are you trying to get?
If you tried to get CDR, you should go to "Unified Serviceability > Tools > CDR Management". You may use SFTP or FTP.
If you tried to get end user database, that can only be done by AXL.

Hi
I want to get the User Export File generated by BAT. (The CDR are pushed by SFTP as usual)

Hi Guy,
Did you find a solution to your request?
I am looking for the same thing: how to retrieve BAT generated files (using ftp or sftp for instance).
Thank you for your feedback.

NO AXL is the only solution

It's too bad
We can retrieve files from activelogs, audit, install... from CLI. I would be more than happy to do the same with BAT files. I will look to export something using AXL.
Thanks for your feedback Guy.
