Hi, is there a way to have the coroporate directory sorted by name and extension number so that it can be printed? Is there a SQL funtion that can do this.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, this looks good, but I only get 64 entries. I also got this message.
"Your search exceeds the User Search limit set by your administrator. Please use more specific search criteria and try again, or contact your administrator to increase the search limit"
How can I get all the entries? Thanks in advance

Sorry for the delayed reply.
Change the User Search Limit under Enterprise Parameters. It's at the very bottom of the page. We increased ours to 700, but we only have 650 or so users. In our case it doesn't seem to have impacted Call Manager performance, however, depending on your cluster configuration, number of users and how often they perform searches, it could impact utilization.
We discovered that changing this parameter also increases the number of entries displayed on any directories and services utilized from the IP phones.
