Yes, you can. For the Caller Name you must have this feature with your TELCO, he must send you this information, it sends the info either in Facility IE (you see an hexadecimal number in the GW debug) or in Display IE (you see the actual name in the debug). MGCP Gateways supports to have configured Facility IE or Display IE, but H.323 can only use Display IE.
