I have a H323 gateway with an E1 PRI interface. Twice in the past 2 months I have had the problem where no inbound or outbound calls can be made. Upon checking the 'debug isdn q931' statistics I can see that one call is looping out taking up all the channels.
I found by looking at the config that the pots dial peer '0T' had been created twice with different tags in the router. I have removed the second dial peer and all appears to be fine.
My question is whether having this dial peer in the router twice would cause this issue. My config is attached.
