HCS fullfilment - HCM-F server error

We've run into a problem with our HCM-F server:

when trying to assign a cluster to a PLM, after clicking the "assign" button, we get a screen with this error message:

"sorry, an error occurred". There is nothing more on that screen.

and we cannot add a cluster to the PLM.

HCM-F version is 10.6.0

anyone encountered this or has a way to debug this? we've not found anything in the logs...

Hi,

Have you uploaded any HCS licenses on the PLM? The deployment mode first needs to be changed on the PLM for which the HCS licenses must be uploaded on the PLM. You can check the deployment mode of your PLM by running the command "license management show system". Below is a sample output from a PLM running in HCS mode:

license management show system
