Help! IOS MGCP with FXO config

I'm new to MGCP and have done several PRI gateways. I'm having trouble with an MGCP config with a FXO port.

2651XM with IOS 12.3.11T2

CCM 4.0(2a)es05.1

Can someone share a sample config with me? The problem I have is when a call comes in from the PSTN, the caller hears a dialtone and busy signal at the same time? Weird. I have a TAC case open on this but the TAC has really been sucking lately in their responce times.

Hi... are you after a gateway config or the callmanager side?

Have you configured your attendant DN on the CM?

Basic config for the gateway is the same as a PRI minus the bind-l3 stuff... Put in the usual MGCP/ccm-manager commands, then create a dial-peer pointing to each port with application mgcpapp in it...
