Historical Report Issue

When i select the agent call summary report , and the filter parameter is set to resource group name or team names, does not apear all the agents, only apears the summary of the team supervisor.

Its strange because weeks before when i select that filter all the agents asociated to that group apears, but now they don't

I had similar problems on IPCCX 4.5.

Say,please, if create report with Begin Date (when system works correctly) and End Date - today.Is there information about today?

My problem was resolved by server reload.

I try that, and it works! after the server reload the report back to normally
