Running Unity 4.0.2
1 Unity in 2 locations - Ottawa and Montreal.
Each has their own auto attendant.
Each plays an open and closed greeting.
Each location shares common holdiays with a couple of exceptions - Montreal has St Jean Baptiste day in June, Ottawa has Civic Holiday in August.
The Unity is in Ottawa.
Customer wants the Montreal Holiday to play the "closed" greeting for Montreal but be open for Ottawa as it is not a holdiay.
I cannot do it using schedules as scehdule do not require dates.
Can the Call Manager route by dates???
Any ideas??
Thanks,
Luba M

You can setup speical holiday behavior in unity that's date driven - it's just a little messy. You can check out this tech tip:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/788/AVVID/HolidayGreeting.html
You can also check out the "Audiotext applications in Unity" paper on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnityTools.com for some more detail on the same basic process.

Thanks, Jeff.
This helps but, the customer wants it to happen automatically with no intervention from the system admin.
Possible???

no... multiple sets of holidays assigned to different schedules on the same Unity server is not possible. There's only one set of holidays that schedules can be set to honor or ignore, that's it.
