I'm looking for a design guide for a voice over multicast hoot and holler network. I've looked on CCO and they talk about large networks in the white papers but the technical docs only have examples with 2 routers. I have about 6+ sites full to partial mesh between the sites. It's T1's and frame relay. When the 4th site is added One of the sites starts getting choppy voice. I'm looking for how/where, and if you even need to, configured RP's.

this post is pretty old, but please let me know if you still have question about this. We've just completed a good sized rollout of IP Multicast Hoot and Holler. I can tell you that the DSPs will only mix three streams so if your three sites are open mics on a trading floor, a fourth open ic will definately cause issues.
