How can I block certain incoming calls on CME (ISR4K) for FXO lines?

I need to block some incoming calls on this kind of device.

I've searched this topic on this community, but I'm getting post with responses from many years ago, with 2900 series devices, so I wonder if I can find something a bit more updated (ISR4K series).

How to do this in IOS has not changed, it still applicable as per the old information you found for ISR2 routers.

As @Roger Kallberg  mentioned, you can try the same old restriction commands on ISR 4K.With ISR 4k very few commands got changes,  but not all.
