How can unity connection users change voicemail box pin?

Hello,

Installation is CUCM5000BE 8.6.1. Users want the ability to change their voicemail box pin?

They can't do this via preference in the users voicemail box option.

How can this be done easily?

They can use PCA for such task.

I didn't go with PCA but changed the default policy to allow user to change pin and then did a bulk reset pin.
