We do not use Personal Assistant via the Web. How do I turn off call screening? This is a telephone, I shouldn't need a technology degree. HELP!

Sorry, I'm not clear. Are you using Personal Assistant? You can also check the settings in Unity if you're using Unity voicemail. https://unityserver/web/sa > Subscribers > Call Transfer > Gather caller information.
Hope this helps.

We do not have service for the phone. Is there a way to stop call screening without having a service contract?
Thank you

I pasted the URLs into the browser and neither one worked.

Did you substitute the IP address of your PA server?

I have a Bachelor's Degree, but I feel incredibly dim. Where do I find the IP address to my PA server?

If you have access to the server, Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig.
