How licensing works

I need more explainations about licensing for agents and supervisors with CRS 3.0.

When a customer buy 10 agents license, can I programmed and installed

15 agents but only 10 would be able to log-in in the same time or do I

have to programmed a maximum of 10 agents in the Call Manager and

CRS.

You can program in more. As the Client Agent Desktop (CAD) loads up, it authenticates to the CRS server to make sure that a license is available.

Is there a way I can release a license and make another person use it.
