Hello:
I found this article in Cisco web-site: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps5207/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00801f11b0.html
It is about call blocking in a router. Is there an easier way to configure unwanted call blocking (on Call Manager level)? I need to block only a couple of phone numbers.
Thank you.

Go to fileter configuration pages in the Cisco Call Manager on line help and from menu select help about the page. U will find the information for filtering calls

Thank you for your reply, but there is no on-line help in Cisco Call Manager. You mentioned "help about the page", so it should be in CCM web-based interface. But Help menu of CCM contains only "Contents and Index", "For this page", "Component Versions" and "About Cisco CallManager" items. I have CCM 4.0. I checked everything, there are no mentions about filtering specific phone numbers. Could you be more specific?
Thank you.

We have a software that can route the unwanted calls to busy tone or a CTI port to play particular wav to the caller. This software is installed on the users' PC. Thus, they don't have to login to the call manager.
Please send me an email to chenyee@ipsoft.com.my for more details. Thanks !
