Hi , Sometimes I got some syslog "%VOIP_RTP-6-MEDIA_LOOP: The packet is seen traversing the system multiple times" on my voice gateway that use Cisco2921 which firmware used Version 15.4(3)M3 . I have find a bug info about CSCuc56259. But the workaround just show checking the misconfiguration. Can someone tell me how to check that? Thanks a lot.

Hi,
So as far as configuration goes, you need to check if there is any routing loop.
For instance, you have a dial-peer on your 2921 router with destination-pattern "1..." which sends the calls to CUCM and then CUCM also has a route pattern as 1000 which sends the call back to the same CUBE.
The call will keep on bouncing between the CUCM and CUBE and would generate such errors and crash as mentioned in the bug.
If you are unable to find any such pattern via naked eye, for the exact pattern, you need to run debugs such as "debug voice ccapi inout" and send it to a syslog server so that next time error comes by, you can locate the exact pattern.
Hope this helps!
Please mark correct if helpful.
