Unable to download .vmdk file from VMware

Dear All,

I am unable to download .vmdk file from VMware datastore for CUCM server. The server is installed on VMware ESXi, 5.1.0 version.

While downloading file, I get popup window as "File Operation Failed".

Else all remaining files are downloaded properly for Unity server & IM&P server.

Please help.

Is the CUCM server running?

That's the problem, it needs to be shut down for you to copy the vmdk.

But I am able to download vmdk files for Unity & IM&P servers despite they are also running...
