When looking at CallManager, I see how I can find out the main version, i.e. 3.2(2c) vs. 3.2(2a). How can I find out if a certain service pack has been installed such as spF?

Hello,
There are a few ways to do that:
1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, look for "Cisco CallManager - 3.X(X)spY Uninstall", this will show you the latest CM Service Pack installed.
2. Go to Start > Programs > Cisco CallManager 3.x > Patches > ciscoupdate.txt
This will show you a log which states the SP version as well as when that was installed. The location of this text file is C:\Program Files\Cisco
Hope it helps,

For the first part of the question, just login to Cisco CallManager Administration, and click the Details button on the page that comes up initially. The main version number will be listed there.
