I think only one available phone will ring in a hunting group of attendant console. Is there any way to make all available phones ring together so that ensure an agent will take a service call. Thanks

You could set up shared lines on their phones, but make sure that you take the Call Waiting off. Be aware that once that line is in use it will ring to the next hunt group member. It can get a little ugly if you have a lot of calls coming in. You will probably want to have 7960s at least depending on your call flow.

Hello Leonlei,
Have you looked into Berbee software that does what you need. I faily confident that you cannot ring multiple phones in Attendant console. Only because Attendant console does not accept shared lines.

Check out the link below. This app is currently not qaulified for use with Attendant Console but I see no reason we can't get it working. This app gives you the ability ring multiple lines at once without using shared lines. E-mail me at adignan@berbee.com for any other questions.
