Disable any CM / SDL Traces.
1) To turn off Cisco Call Manager Traces please go to:
Applications > Cisco Call Manager Serviceability > Trace > Configuration.
Select your Call Manager and then Cisco Call Manager Service.
Please click on Set Defaults. Please click on update to save your changes.
2) To turn off SDL traces please go to:
Service>Service Parameters>Cisco Call Manager
Make sure that SDLTraceFlag is set to False.
Please turn on tracing on all of your CMs if you have multiple.
3) The CM traces will be in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\CCM\ and the SDL traces will be in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\SDL\CCM\
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the directories mentioned.
Open all folders and delete all *.txt files at the root of each subdirectory
After deleting all files, remember to emtpy the Recycle Bin
***DO NOT DELETE THE FOLDERS OR RENAME FOLDERS***
