MWI from CM4.1 to Mitel 3300 over QSig

We have a CM4.1(2) with Unity 4.0(3), connected to a Mitel 3300 ICP via a Q.Sig T1. Our goal is to make Unity/CM light the MWI on the Mitel phones. However, MWI from the CM to the Mitel does not work. What's interesting though, is MWI from the Mitel to the Cisco works perfectly. Attached are the ISDN q931 debugs for the Q.Sig MWI transactions. I suspect a problem on the Mitel side, but I'm the 'Cisco Guy' so that's in my job description. ;) Anybody have any thoughts, or does anybody have this working?

From what I see, it looks like callmanager is fine. MWI in QSIG is implemented in the Bearer Cap.

Here is the release from the Mitel.

Cause i = 0x80BA - Bearer capability not available

Sounds like the Mitel is not setup to receive the bearer CAP/QSIG.
