Hello :
We are trying to use one hunt pilot as follow:
2 phone in one hunt pilot / hunt list/ line gorup.
When We call 8888 ( hunt pilot ) first ring in one phone if no answer in the next phone, all work until here, BUT if one of this phone need to forward to Ej a movil phone, this is not possible to make whit the forward option key on the phone.
Cisco say :
Because when any user in Line Group getting an incoming call,
it is still under control of the Hunt List. Even if CFA configured
on a line, the Hunt List will NOT follow the CFA target.
therefore you CANNOT redirect/forward the call to the others.
And the only workaround provide is :
This is supported only by the system administrator.
It is entirely possible for the customer or a partner to build an AXL script that could do this however.
Something had any AXL that do this?
Thanks
Mauricio

YOu should NEVER utilize Call Forwarding using hunt groups/lists. If you need to route the call elseware then you should create another device in the group or add another group that contains the last stop destination & add this to the list of groups.

Thanks for your answer Mike, but this is not valid solution. If We add a device in the group We have the same problem, We can forware the call to external phone whitout ccm admin intervention.

First of all, DO NOT use call forwarding options on devices in a hunt list/line group.
Secondly, explain the issue you are facing or what exactly you are trying to configure and I will try to suggest some workaround for it.
