huntgroups not working without Attendant console

Hi,

I have 3 huntgroups-pilotpoints (hg). Recently I installed Attendant Console for only 2 huntgroups and they work perfectly. But the huntgroup without attendan console stops working. When dial that huntgroup an error or busy tone sounds. The members from that huntgroup doesn't have any computer, that's why I've not installed attendant consoles to.

I need that hg working without attendant console. Any ideas???

This should work fine. Did you assign DNs, and not logins, to the hunt group? Did you *still* associate the pilot point with the AC user id? The association is still necessary even if you aren't using logins.

The huntgroup has assinged DNs. I associated it with the AC user but isn't still working.

I deleted it from the callmanager and I re-created again but is the same problem.

Add the DN for the pilot point, to the devices associated with the user 'ac' in the directory.

I had exactly the same issue you described and it fixed it for me.
